Appointments: When you speak to a case officer, make an appointment for next interview. Making an appointment allows your case office ample time to prepare your case for the next meeting.
Counter Closed: On the days that the counter is closed, officers are able to assess cases, do inspections and interview the employer to address the cases.
Letter Pickup: On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can pick up your letters at the counter. Or your case officer will advise you when to pick up your letter.
