There are six (6) Statutory Offices that come under the Ministry of Labour and Industrial Relations. They are the:

• Office of Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Tribunal and Minimum Wages Board (INAR).
• The Office of the Industrial Registrar (OIR).
• The Office of the Workers Compensation (OWC).
• The National Training Council (NTC).
• The National Apprenticeship and Trade Testing Board (NATTB) and
• The Independence Fellowship Scheme (IFS).
